By making an order means that you have read and understood the terms and conditions as stated below:
1. Our shoes are pre-ordered and imported into Malaysia, please allow at least two (2) weeks for the stock to arrive.
2. Should you have received the shoes and are dissatisfied with them, we hereby apologize that we are unable to offer exchanges/refunds/returns.
3. Should the shoes be out of stock, we still refund you the full amount.
4. We are not responsible if the shoes are lost/stolen during delivery.
5. We are not held liable for delay or losses of the shoes due to external factors.
6. We cannot change the order once it has been finalized by you submitting the purchase order. Once the supplier has received the order, the order cannot be amended anymore. We are very sorry for any inconvenience caused.
7. Please do not counterfeit this site as it is copyrighted. No part or parts of this website may be modified, copied, distributed, re-transmitted, broadcasted, displayed, reproduced, published, licensed, trasnferred, sold or commercially dealt with any manner without the express prior written consent of Public Services Commission of Malaysia (PSC). Therefore, we reserve the rights any part or parts of this site.
8. Payment must be made on time to avoid late arrival of orders.
9. Shoes may differ slightly from the pictures on this site due to lighting.
10. Terms and Conditions can be changed prior without notice.
